On October 13, the 11th Standing Council of the 7th CSBT was held in Hefei，Anhui province. 

First, an annual progress was reported. It was followed by the report on the replacement of representatives from council members/standing council members and an audit report on the funds usage of branch committees by CSBT/BA. The meeting voted and approved the Application for Membership and the Salary Management Measures of CSBT. 

Current chairs presented their duty reports and put forth their suggestions for the next chairs. Twenty-four new chairs of branch committees were nominated and approved and they proposed their work plans.
