In order to exchange experience and expand ideas by summarizing the participation of council members to the work of CSBT, CSBT issued the Notice on the Self-evaluation of the Council Members in 2020 to 174 members, and 150 feedbacks were received.

According to the summary, all the members have paid the dues in 2020 on time. Seventeen council members have introduced new member institutions to join in CSBT. The units of the council members actively contributed to the official website of CSBT, of which 20 units have contributed more than 100 articles each. They also participated in a series of activities, including the first light show named Light up China with Love on World Blood Donor Day, recommendation of the most beautiful & smart blood donation site, and activities about fighting against the pandemic, etc. 

Furthermore, the council members have put forward effective suggestions and opinions on the work of CSBT through symposiums and other forms. In the aspect of innovation, they have participated in the compilation of Annual Report on Development of China’s Blood Collection and Supply Industry (2020). And council members have also undertaken the functional work and branch work, and provided professional reports and articles to CSBT.

2020 is an extraordinary year. Gratitude is expressed to all the council members for overcoming difficulties and cooperating with the association to complete the tasks.
