On the afternoon of April 25, the secretariat work meeting of CSBT Branch Committees was held in Yunnan. President ZHU Yongming, deputy secretary-general LIU Qingning, secretaries of 24 branch committees, and staff of CSBT secretariat attended the meeting. LIU Qingning presided over the meeting.

Firstly, president ZHU acknowledged the intermediary role undertaken by all secretaries, emphasizing that their work refines both professional and coordination competence. Furthermore, a formal welcome was extended to the 3 new secretaries, along with the anticipation that all secretaries would strengthen their capabilities over the next two years, and make contributions to the advancement of CSBT.

Deputy secretary-general LIU outlined CSBT's development trajectory and principles, especially the regulations relevant to branch operations. Operational directions, project frameworks, and evaluation methodologies were presented in accordance with requirements from the Ministry of Civil Affairs. WANG Dandan from the CSBT Secretariat provided an overview of key contents in Administrative Measures for CSBT Branches, including personnel adjustments, financial management, and operational procedures, thereby offering clear guidance for future work.

QIU Yingjie, secretary of the Blood Quality Committee, introduced CSBT group standards and expert consensus. LIU Chunhong, secretary of the Culture Committee, presented the experience of the Brilliant Red national speech tour.

During the meeting, branch secretaries engaged in discussions on encountered challenges and shared experiences in events organization. Critical issues were discussed, such as priorities for the second half of the year, official website design, translation of international progress reports, and group standards updates. Secretaries stated that they would carry out a comprehensive analysis of their respective committee's work, demonstrating a commitment to advancing the efficient and high-quality development of CSBT’s initiatives.
