From June 18 to 20, in order to strengthen collaboration among national blood professionals in the field of informatization, demonstrate the achievements in smart blood stations, smart plasma stations, and smart blood transfusion systems, and promote the sustainable advancement of the national blood industry, the 2025 Chinese Conference of Intelligence Blood (CCIB) was convened in Hangzhou. This conference was guided by CSBT and co-hosted by Zhejiang Blood Center, the Institution of Blood Transfusion, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Shanghai Blood Center, Shenzhen Blood Center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, CSBT/MIS, and Zhejiang Provincial Society of Blood Transfusion.
On the morning of June 19, the opening ceremony was convened. In attendance were over 700 delegates, including leaders from the National Health Commission, CSBT, Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission, domestic blood establishments, medical institutions, and plasma stations; as well as professionals specializing in operations, informatization, quality management, logistics, and blood transfusion. All participants gathered in Hangzhou to conduct in-depth discussions on the digital transformation of blood services.
On the afternoon of June 19, the parallel sessions were officially launched. A total of 6 parallel sessions were set during the conference, themed on blood donation services, blood transfusion technology, blood establishment management, plasma Station management, clinical transfusion and information technology. It is devoted to establishing a high-caliber academic event that focuses on the cutting-edge developments and innovative trends in the informatization of transfusion medicine nationwide, demonstrating the substantial achievements in the construction of Smart Blood Stations, Smart Plasma Stations and Smart Blood Transfusion, and exploring the frontier topic of Digital and Intelligent Blood, Wisdom for the Future.
