Secretary Wang led these guests to see the foundation stone of SBC building. SBC building and facility were built by Finland Government’s interest-free loan.It started in 1996, and fulfilled in 1999.Finland President of that time, Mr Ahtisaari, attended the opening ceremony and made the foundation. This project represents the friendship and cooperation between Finland and China. Then, all the guests and Secretary Wang watched the introduction film of SBC and took a tour in display room of SBC, on the 16th floor. Afterward, all guests had a tour in Department of Blood Components, Aphesis Room, and Department of Blood Storage. They listened to the introduction by SBC staff and hold several questions.
