Experience exchange seminar on work of Provincial and Municipal Societies of Blood Transfusion, sponsored by CSBT, was held in Xinyang, Henan Province from June 19 to 20, 2019.

The conference aimed to help provincial and municipal blood transfusion societies to further strengthen their service abilities, improve their management and service systems, promote standardized operation, so that they could provide high-level and high-quality services for the society, government departments and member institutions by giving full play to their strengths, integrating all kinds of resources and forming resultant force so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of blood transfusion in China.

The seminar mainly focused on audit and finance management, social organization influence and brand building. Expert Guo Ling gave a lecture on the micro and key fields of social organizations from perspective of audit and finance. Teacher Liang Fang talked about the macro-national policy and development direction of social organizations. Teacher Guo Jingchun introduced the evaluation methods of social organizations.

After a whole day of systemic learning, the attendees had a comprehensive knowledge of requirements for the development of social organizations in policies and regulations, management system and self-construction, which the attendees felt they were benefited from and would play a great guiding role in future work.
