In order to improve the satisfaction of blood donors, Guangxi Blood Center goes deep into the front-line departments to find out the problems that reflected by blood donors and most needed to be solved .

It was reflected by platelet and rare blood donors that traffic delay fee in cash was not convenient to keep. Considering the convenience for blood donors, Guangxi Blood Center formulated the non-cash payment mode.

As third-party payment tools such as Wechat and Alipay have been widely used, Guangxi Blood Center adjusts to the new payment mode in time. The new payment mode pays traffic delay fee to e-counts of blood donors to avoid loss of cash and makes blood donors enjoy the caring services.
