The 2022 CSBT-WEGO Scientific Research Fund application has been completed. With recommendations of Academic Committee and approvals of the Management Committee, one major program and 5 general programs got the fund. For this year, a total of 17 qualified applications were received. After the first round evaluation by the Academic Committee, 9 applicants were selected, who then enter the second round of video interview on November 25. On November 30, a working conference was held by the Fund Management Committee to approve the winning projects.

Meanwhile, the 2022 CSBT- Sansure Transfusion Medicine Development Fund application has also been completed. With recommendations of Academic Committee and approvals of the Management Committee, 3 programs out of 10 applications received the fund. On November 16, an online meeting was held by the expert team to clarify workflow and requirements of the project review, and then 5 designated experts started the review work. On November 21, 3 projects were finally selected based on the scoring and evaluation system, which were later approved by the Fund Management Committee on November 28.
