On September 28, the Blood Donation Education Museum of version 2.0 was officially launched in Fujian Blood Center(FJBC), taking its responsibility to promote better knowledge about blood donation to the public.With the DNA helix-shaped device being started, the museum was finally unveiled  to the public.

This museum was originally established in 2017 by FJBC, awarded with the title of "Science Education Base in Fuzhou" and then included as a branch museum on blood knowledge under Fuzhou Science and Technology Museum. In order to provide a platform for public education on blood physiology, voluntary blood donation and dedication spirit, as well as to encourage more citizens’ participation in blood donation, the museum has improved in aspects of humanism, popularity, technology and interest.

As the first interactive and immersive blood donation education museum in Fujian province, its exhibition hall was designed under the inspire of infinite cell division, setting many blood vessel-like curves throughout the entire space. Visitors could immerse themselves in the experience through interactive exhibits, physical models, multimedia and graphic display panels and so on.

The grand open was on live stream, attracting over 100,000 viewers to watch and interact online. Through vivid interpretation, each audience initiated a wonderful adventure themed on blood. Besides, the online three-dimensional exhibition could be accessed in FJBC’s WeChat official account.
