From June 28 to 29, the 7th National Forum for Leadership of Blood Establishment was held in Nanning. At the meeting, the latest Blue Book of Blood Service and The Most Beautiful & the Most Intelligent Blood Donation Sites, the CSBT's brand activities, were released. The venues of the 12th National Congress of CSBT in 2024 and the 8th National Forum for Leadership of Blood Service in 2025 were announced.

President ZHU Yongming expressed gratitude to the Committee on Development of Middle and Small-Sized Blood Station, Nanning blood center, and all the volunteers for their hardworking during the forum. He also expressed gratitude to the support from corporate entities. In particular, He extended his heartfelt thanks to all the leaders, experts and delegates who spare time out of their busy schedules to attend the forum .

Nearly 600 registered participants were from blood establishments, transfusion associations and military hospitals in 29 provinces, municipalities as well as Hong Kong. Additionally, there were around 300 corporate representatives and forum volunteers.

The forum included 1 keynote speech, 13 thematic reports, 6 submission speeches and 41 poster presentations. There were also 49 business booths in the forum.
