Doctor Erica Wood, president of the Australia and New Zealand society of Blood Transfusion was invited as an instructor of the 7th round of education course for leadership in shanghai. On September 10th ,2013, Doctor Eric Wood visited Shanghai Blood Center. 

Doctor Eric Wood, accompanied by course assistant Xie Dongfu , visited Exhibition room, Blood explore room, Nucleic Acid Testing Lab, Component Preparation Lab and Component Collection Room. She got a comprehensive understanding of the history of SBC and the process of from blood collection to supplying. As the chairman of the International blood safety and hemovigilance network association, member of International Society of Blood Transfusion Hemovigilance Committee, Doctor Eric Wood especially focuses on the questions of blood safety vigilance .She put forward some questions and gave some suggestions. Finally she finished the visit happily.
