Inspector Chirstine Deigni from the American Embassy in Beijing two-member delegation visited Shanghai Blood Center on May 22th. Deputy director of SBC Zou Zhengrong and Health and Family Planning Commission Medical Affairs Officer Zhou Ping warmly received the guests. 

Zou Zhengrong introduced blood collection and supply management of SBC and the basic situation of blood collection and clinical use in Shanghai. Then the two sides carried on the deep discussion and communication of blood clinical use, blood donor selection requirements in China, sample examination and guarantee of clinical supply of rare blood type. Afterward the guests visited nucleic acid testing laboratory, centralized testing laboratory and apheresis chamber for further understand the situation.
