On March 21, an awarding ceremony for LIANG Wenbiao researcher from Jiangsu Province Blood Center was held in Nanjing. Joan Valadou, the Consul General of the French Consulate General in Shanghai, presented the award to LIANG Wenbiao on behalf of Emmanuel Macron, the President of the French Republic, in recognition of his exceptional achievements in blood transfusion and significant contribution to Sino-French cooperation and exchange in the field of blood transfusion medicine.
