During this year’s meeting, a total of 14 branch teams participated, including 7 newly joined teams, representing a twofold increase in participation compared to last year’s event.
Through an online meeting, Ms. LIU initiated her speech with a warm welcome to new members, and then reviewed various activities and achievements since the establishment of the team. She expressed her hope that, under the leadership of captain ZHANG, each branch team would assume a nationally professional role in team-building and management, thereby conducting more operational and instructive service work. During this meeting, delegates shared their professional experiences and exchanged ideas on future initiatives. Furthermore, in accordance with the Constitution of Volunteer Service Committee, three documents were issued: the Guidelines for Voluntary Blood Donation Service Process, the Volunteer Service Manual (Voluntary Blood Donation Knowledge Section), and the Construction Management of Volunteer Service Team.
In addition, captain ZHANG expressed gratitude to all members for their significant contributions. He emphasized the importance of continued support from the branches in advancing institutionalization and establishing a replicable management system and experience framework. Furthermore, he advocated for the organization of themed activities around World Blood Donor Day to enhance the effectiveness of promotional initiatives.
Established in 2018, CSBT Volunteer Service Team was a nationally registered volunteer organization under the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Since its establishment, the team has actively undertaken volunteer service initiatives, ensuring professionalism in both organization and implementation of these activities. Furthermore, the team has been concentrating on expanding its branches, enhancing its personnel development, and refining its management system.
