On January 15, the Three-Year Action Plan for Education and Training of National Social Organizations (2025–2027) was officially released. To further enhance the implementation of the action plan and encourage greater engagement in learning among social organizations, the Talent Service and Training Platform for Social Organizations has released a ranking of the cumulative learning hours for domestic social organizations. The CSBT Secretariat systematically organized its staff to complete the online courses, resulting in the society being ranked fourth overall, with two staff members placed among the top ten individuals.
The CSBT secretariat places significant emphasis on the education and training of its staff. In 2024, the secretariat organized 7 internal training sessions themed on Let Me Teach a Lesson. It also scheduled the relevant staff to attend training on publishing regulations, finance and tax. In addition, two employees are currently pursuing master’s and bachelor’s degree. In 2025, the secretariat will embrace the unified principles of participating in voluntary blood donation, pursuing continuous learning, diligently performing their responsibilities, and providing dedicated service to member organizations.
