On January 17th, the Communication Meeting of CSBT Temporary Cadres was held in Beijing. Firstly, president ZHU Yongming extended New Year greetings to all the attendees. He emphasized that the participation of seconded cadres has significantly invigorated the society's operations. Over the past year, these cadres have exhibited  progress in their respective roles and have made contributions to the CSBT’s development. CSBT launched its seconded cadre training program in 2017. Since then, every achievement of the society has been closely linked to the dedication of these cadres. Through their work, the cadres have broadened their professional perspectives, enhanced their competencies, leading to a mutually beneficial outcome. Finally, president ZHU welcomed everyone to the secretariat new office.

The attended cadres reported based on the actual condition of their establishments and their own work, conducted extensive exhibitions and exchanged views on the critical industrial issues. Furthermore, they explored strategies for more effectively promoting the concept of voluntary blood donation, examined approaches to conducting diverse recruitment campaigns among younger generation, and shared insights and practices regarding the implementation and efficacy of incentive policies for voluntary blood donors across regions.
