On September 20, 2025, the 15^th Work Meeting of CSBT’s 7^th Standing Council was convened in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. Presided over by CSBT President ZHU Yongming, this meeting invited members of the CSBT Supervisory Committee, along with chairs from other branch committees and key leaders from provincial blood centers. The quorum requirement was met with 46 in attendance (out of a mandated 49), and 3 members were absent with authorized leave.

LIU Qingning, Deputy Secretary-General of CSBT, presented a report on the 2025 work progress of CSBT and the adjustments to representatives for Council (Standing Council) member institutions.

HE Tao, Director of the CSBT Membership Department presented the report on Application for New Member Admission. It was reported that a total of 13 institutions were eligible for membership, including 4 blood establishments, 5 medical institutions, 3 enterprises, and 1 public welfare organization. The meeting approved the admission of these 13 entities by vote.
