From November 4 to 7, 2025, the Brilliant Red National Speech Tour of Blood Donation Excellence successfully concluded in Zhejiang Province. Supported by CSBT, this tour was organized by the municipal health commissions of Hangzhou, Huzhou, Quzhou, Wenzhou, and Ningbo; co-hosted by the CSBT/CC, CSBT/BDM, CSBT/BDS, Zhejiang Provincal Blood Center, Huzhou Blood Station, Quzhou Blood Station, Wenzhou Blood Station, Ningbo Blood Station, and other relevant institutes. This tour launched from Hangzhou, and proceeded through Huzhou, Quzhou Wenzhou, culminating in the city of Ningbo. Substantial support from local authorities was received along the route. 

The year 2025 marks the 27th anniversary of the implementation of the Blood Donation Law of the PRC, and this year also serves as a pivotal milestone in advancing the development of the national blood business.  Brilliant Red symbolizes the altruistic commitment of blood donors and volunteers, supporting institutions, and the strength generated through the transition from individual action to broader public participation. This event calls for greater public engagement in blood donation: “Please pause and think; when eligible, try to donate.! Let us warm the world by blood donation!”
